The project was defined and presented to the Faam office in a state where the complex rules of urban management organizations challenged the project employer with different alternatives. Mahoor project (6) is located in the middle area of Hamadan city, an area where the issue of economy in the building as the outer side and its 70 square meter land caused the project to have limitations. Faam architectural firm sought to create a low-cost building in harmony with the region, but beautiful as a factor in enhancing its added value.

The building was designed and constructed with four floors, featuring a parking lot, a two-story single unit, a duplex unit, and a rooftop garden.
This building, like all urban projects with architectural limitations, prompted us to focus on the facade and its materials.
Another defining component is the theme of Gestalt aesthetics and the use of dualities of subject and context.
